Обычная сборка сервера на основе Skazi Gamemode (RAGE:MP 1.1)
В архиве есть база данных и сам сервер.

инструкция по запуску:

1. Создаем БД, заливаем в базу 444.sql (Я использовал MySQL 8.0)
2. в папке с серваком заходим в dotnet -> resources -> empire и открываем Infinity.sln (понадобится Visual Studio)
3. Открываем Main.cs
4. На 25-й линии пишем Username от MySQL + пароль и название БД
   
   Код:

    public static string myConnectionString = "SERVER=localhost;DATABASE=<ВАША_БД>;UID=<ВАШ_MYSQL_USERNAME>;PASSWORD=<ВАШ_ПАРОЛЬ>!;SSL Mode=none;pooling = false;convert zero datetime=True";

5. Заново собираем solution (смотрите скриншот solution_build.png)
6. Запускаем сервер через ragemp-server.exe

who sold you this and who let you to put this script for sell without my permission? as i remember i didn't gave this build to anybody and just one person stole this build, so you are cooperation with thieves Hardland, am i wrong?

This is not you assembly, I think it is not worth telling you that there were several parallel modifications of Skazi, including yours (just as it happens with redage).

for sure this is one of my build and i'm remember all part of it because i did modify it

Why would you even consider selling this gamemode for such amount?

У меня тоже есть, как разузнаю напишу. на сервер без проблем можешь всеравно зайти

Of course it's your business, however you should also listen to constructive criticism when it comes to a project which you are trying to sell for a decent amount.
First and foremost, there are lots and lots of bugs.

The second you enter the server you can already see that the UI is not even Compatible with 2560 x 1440 resolution.
NPC traffic -> Did you know that if u punch NPC while they are driving a car they get out and simply disappear with vehicle?

You do not even HASH THE PASSWORDS IN THE DATABASE WHILE YOU CALL THIS A READY GREAT RP PROJECT. Imagine if you had a breach on the back-end and all the information had leaked to the public (example provided below) while you were running it as a "Project"

You do you brother but modified REDAGE + UNRESPONSIVE UI + CLIENT SIDE BUGS ≠ the amount you were asking

Ты перестоил проект в sln файле? У тебя скорее всего там ошибки.
