[HIRING] Experienced RageMP Dev Team (Backend / Gameplay / CEF UI) – Long-Term Project

I’m currently building a high-quality RageMP roleplay server and looking to hire a small, experienced development team for a long-term project.


This is not a quick flip or resell project — the goal is to build a polished, immersive RP experience with strong systems, clean UI, and long-term scalability.

Project Overview​

• Based on a classic-style RP experience (grounded, realistic — not futuristic)
• Focus on:
  • Clean and modern UI (CEF)
  • Strong backend systems (economy, player data, progression)
  • Smooth, optimized gameplay systems
• I am not looking for leaked or prebuilt servers — only custom or properly owned work

I’m building a small, capable team consisting of:

• Senior Backend Developer (Lead)
  • Server architecture
  • Database design (MongoDB / MySQL)
  • Core systems (accounts, economy, persistence)
• Gameplay Systems Developer
  • Jobs, factions, progression systems
  • Player interactions and mechanics
• CEF UI Frontend Developer
  • UI/UX implementation
  • Clean, responsive interfaces
  • Experience with Vue / React preferred
• (Optional) UX/UI Designer
  • Helps define the overall look and feel of the server
  • Strong focus on user experience

Project Scope​

• Long-term project (estimated 6–8 months)
• Structured development with clear milestones
• Ongoing collaboration and potential for continued work after launch

Budget​

• Budget is well-funded and flexible
• Payment will be handled professionally (payroll / per milestone / per task)
• Compensation will be discussed individually based on experience and role
• Additional budget can be allocated if needed for the right team

Requirements​

• Proven RageMP experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to show past work (GitHub, videos, live servers, etc.)
• Good communication (English required)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable and professional

Not Interested In​

• Leaked or resold serve “GrandRP copies” or stolen assets (we are attempting a grp replica you can rewrite assets to copy but no full copying we cant afford a copy right, you may use some assets and change them with UI but only older version no NEW VERSIONS.
• Low-effort or unfinished frameworks are unacceptable.
