How to add custom Cars on Quantam V

Hi ребята!!!
I'm setting up a Quantum V server and want to add custom cars. I'm a little confused about the whole process:

• Where exactly should vehicle files be stored?
• Do I need to edit any special metafiles, etc.?
• How do I register cars so they can be added to dealerships or created?
• Is there a difference between using extra and replacement cars in Quantum V?
• What should be considered (e.g. performance issues or bugs)?

Basically, I need a step-by-step explanation on how to properly add cars to Quantum V so that players can use them without any issues
NOTE: I already have the dlc.rpf of the car I want to add, I just want to know how to add it.
