Для того чтобы подключить любую вёрстку - тебе нужно очевидно клиенту показать твой браузер, и задать условия его вызова.
После этого переписать евентики клиента на взаимодействие с твоими новыми кусочками вуе там или реакт проекта (или как там ещё сделана эта страничка)
Никто не видит твой код, никто не видит твой сервер - поэтому прямого ответа на такой вопрос не существует, кроме каких-нибудь очевидных гайдов, которые можно нагуглить за четыре секунды, вместо того чтобы ждать магического готового решения на форуме несколько дней (которого всё равно не будет)

In order to connect any layout, you need to obviously show the client your browser and set the conditions for calling it.
After that, rewrite the client’s events to interact with your new pieces of Vue there or react project (or whatever else this page is made of)
Nobody sees your code, no one sees your server - so there is no direct answer to such a question, except for some obvious guides that can be Googled in four seconds, instead of waiting for a magical ready-made solution on the forum for several days (which is anyway will not be)

this is redage, its already built in. I just dont know if its connected or if I need to add a bind in bind.js or anything.

я тебя не понимаю, для подключения нужно 2 вещи, эвент который открывает браузер, эвент который триггер первый.
Начнем с первого

Код:

let browser

mp.events.add("openPolicePC", () => {
    if (browser) return
    // в переменную передаешь линк до html
    browser =
});

Эвент который триггерит, например нажатая кнопка

Код:

mp.keys.bind(0x71, true, function() {
    mp.events.call("openPolicePC")
});

Или можно сделать красивее и совместить первый эвент со вторым открывая браузер сразу по нажатию. Я просто не знаю какая архитектура
