You need to apply the latest update - https://ragemp.pro/resources/gotovy...rage-mp-na-baze-redage-neptuneevo.408/updates
Then build the server part (dotnet) and interfaces (src_cef) and then make sure that you have the standard dlcpacks loaded. In this case, the clothing will work correctly.

I recently had a similar problem.
I just deleted the old version, downloaded the new, updated one and everything worked.
The site curator sent you a link above. Or just look at what files have been updated and replace them in the folder. ​
