Проблема File missing

1. Files already there but still this error comes.
   Error comes only on linux vps not on local host

Check yellow label maybe? It already says what you need to do - copy your resource .dll into dotnet/runtime/ folder.
Also, "csharp" should be in "enabled" state inside conf.json.
Also, nodejs should be disabled, since you cant use C# and JS server-side at once.

when i run the server on window the server run but when i run server in linux it give that issue and this is freedom server

NeptuneEvo is RedAge gamemode, its not freedom
Anyways, once again, check YELLOW error in screenshot that you attached.
You need to copy your resources .dll to dotner/runtime/ folder. Linux requires that and you have no other option in that case, but make changes it requires.

Its alright.
After disabling nodejs is it working now?

If i put the C# enabled and nodejs disabled instead of true and false the server console dont even open and when is check the location the where the yellow line locates the file is already there.

Csharp should be 'enabled' and nodejs false.

i try but it giving same issue

Error cleared by me need to go through some meta.xml files and copy some dll files.
