I placed an order with @og frog service and was given a 14-day ETA.
Since the first week passed, I have repeatedly requested updates on my order but have not received any. The only thing I received was a simple uniform made in the first two days; thereafter, there were no further proofs of progress on my order.
My order is not substantial, and I don't understand why the ETA is so lengthy—likely due to multiple customers, which I can understand. We mutually agreed on a 2-week ETA. The main issue is that two weeks have already passed, and I have not received my products.
I am not concerned about the money I paid—I am not suggesting that I am extremely wealthy or anything of that sort. All the revenue from my server is reinvested into it. My primary concern is the respect for deadlines, especially what I consider an extensive deadline for such a small order. The main issue now is that our update will be delayed by an additional two weeks because the team has been unable to complete a simple order in the agreed two weeks, which is disappointing.
I have worked with @og frog in the past without any issues. However, this time he assigned one of his workers to my order, who has been significantly lacking in meeting deadlines and understanding how the business operates. While I do not blame @og frog directly, it is ultimately his business, and he should ensure that all his employees perform their duties effectively.
I am expecting a response from him. If my order is not completed today, I am expecting compensation for the time lost. He should either agree to pay an additional $500 and provide a $300 refund as well, or complete my order at no charge.
