No one is arguing that it doesn’t belong to T2. GTA 5, which you’re building your multiplayer for, also belongs to T2, but for some reason that doesn’t seem to bother you, lol. But there’s a difference between building your own multiplayer from scratch and using a ready-made solution — both in terms of money and time invested. And the outcome could still end up being the same: a lawsuit.

Majestic has operated for years. So has gtaday. The lawsuit risk is real but asymmetric. If you understood the tradeoff going in, fine. Most didn't. The outcome could be the same. But "could be the same" and "is structurally identical" are different things.
